Send your payment and delivery details
If you are happy
with the
price
stated, please send your payment and full delivery address. Payment can
be by cheque, sterling draft, or postal order, or you can use PayPal
for a money transfer or credit card payment, and for non-sterling
payments.
You should not send cash except by insured post. (See notes
on payment methods.) Please do not send your credit card details to
medievalbookshop.
To avoid
disappointment, please don't
send payment until availability and cost of postage have been confirmed.
If possible,
please send an email confirming that payment is on its way. If sending
by post, you can ask at the post office for a free proof of posting
certificate: this can be useful in the event of non-delivery.
An email will
be sent to acknowledge your payment when it is received, and to inform
you that your package has been despatched: please get in touch if
nothing seems to be happening within a reasonable time after you have
sent payment.
A receipt
stating the
amount you
have paid will be attached to your package: please state if you would
prefer
to have this sent to you separately (for example, if the item is a
gift).
Important:
medievalbookshop is
a part-time business, so please state if you intend to send your
payment
by Fed-Ex, UPS, or any other method of transit that requires "in
person"
or signed-for delivery.
By confirming
an order
or sending
payment, you acknowledge that you have read and that you accept the terms
and conditions which are current on this web site at that date of
the
order. This page forms a part of these terms and conditions.
Your
reservation will
be held for
up to one calendar month after your confirmation to allow time for
funds
to arrive. If no funds are received by the end of this time, you will
usually be
emailed to ask if you still wish the order to proceed; if you have
changed
your mind, or if a reply is not received at medievalbookshop.co.uk, the
books will be offered to other customers on the waiting list, or
returned
to stock for resale.
This
reservation period
may be less
than a month if several customers enquire after the same title.
