In 1975 the Revd Peter Jagger did the Alcuin Club a noteworthy service by compiling an Annotated Bibliography of the Club's publications from from 1897 to 1974. It was felt by the Committee that it would be appropriate to bring this work up to date, to mark the Club's 90th anniversary in 1987. Dr Geoffrey Cuming kindly agreed to bring the bilbiography up to date, while Archdeacon Timms, Chairman of the Club, was asked to supplement Mr Jagger's historical introduction.
